Wrong.  The universe and everything in it looks designed because it is designed.

It is functional information.  Just like a computer requires a programmer to perform functions, this system requires a higher level programmer.  However, the extreme complexity and specificity of this information is so incredible, it is hard to even fathom.  A Super Designer or Super-Intelligence is required
