It's difficult, but it's well worth it. You don't have any other smokers in the house do you? I know other smokers can be a major temptation. (Personally we don't allow smoking in our house. Not just because of temptation, but because second hand smoke is bad for you too)
Rob smokes. But he's not allowed to smoke in the house or in the car. He will usually go for a walk in our neighborhood just to smoke.
