Not really. He knows all possibilities and scenarios, and miracles are in fact done by his chosen Messengers and Guides, they are a display of them who are his proof, and that is only a bit of display of their power, and without reason and logic, miracles are dismissed as sorcery.
So you have to convince yourself the power and love and goodness go hand to hand that the highest power in the world, would not be evil or a deceiver but the a trustee of the Lord of the worlds.
Most nations didn't get convinced of that. Without reason, God nor his Prophets can be proven.\
This is why the story of Jacob and how he got the title "Israel" is so important.
