Almost 30, wow! When you reach 60, you may think a bit differently about questions like this I suspect ( from my own experience ).
As regards fame, I love music, hence my examples of who I would have chosen to be over being me. A rock hero, wow, nirvana! Dying young as a religious martyr, for example, no thanks! Obscurity wins over that.
