Yeah? Could their presence have overcome trump’s presence to give negotiation any Appearance of substance? Furthermore, given trumps willingness to rip up treaties Willy Nilly including those that have been laboriously negotiated with multiple partners Purely for domestic point scoring with a know nothing base, what major power would even consider having Trump as a partner in any sort of significant multilateral negotiation?
