It's fine, I feel like this frequently, I don't know what to blame more: my Multiple Sclerosis or the medications or life or myself. Or maybe a collaboration between all of these?
But it's the morning now, and I need to lift myself up, what have I become? I wasn't like this before, it's like a big foggy smoke covering your head; you don't know what is making things worse: the routine or something else?
For the routine, it's just a killer. You repeat and rewind, over and over and over.
The "something else" is you, seeing your dreams evaporate one by one. Just like mirage.
This is the cycle of depression as they say: you keep rotating in the same spot over and over, maybe that's where the routine is coming from: it's coming from inside your head. So you put your headphones on and play something like this:
I believe that a ship will carry our bodies safe to shore.
You just close your eyes and listen. The day will pass, and tomorrow will hopefully come.
Just keep closing your eyes, and picture yourself flying. You're seeing the desert from above, with people so engulfed in their boring routines but you are up there in the clouds; smelling the cold breeze passing through your own soul.
You will get over this. Believe me.
