Where's the republican outrage over that pic? It was certainly in full flower when Obama bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia.

The fact that “We the people” has long since became “we nearly half of whom would wrap themselves in the flag and work with greater zeal to undermine the common interest than ever they would to oppose evil in the world personified” has never been more clearly displayed.

Nations are more liable to be completely and irremediably undone by those who use faux patriotism as a weapon in domestic struggle than by anything else.   So it is with the US.

Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel.
