The argument is simply this: "Iraq and Afghanistan were never invaded because of 9/11 or Osama".
JASTA proved that the U.S had all it needed to pinpoint Saudi Arabia, it knew that the Sauds were behind the attacks (no way an attack plan this big remains hidden; even we the people heard about it years ago-, they knew that Saddam has no Weapons of Mass Destruction -they even trialed that British fuck for lying, Tony Blair-, but still the Pentagon played with the emotions of people to "justify its War on Terror" and kept on the invasion going.
How many soldiers went to Iraq and died, thinking they are "doing what's right"? Turns out they died for a lie, it's ironic though how the media forgot about that.
What about Afghanistan? Osama the dead, right?
The CIA didn't just fool the world; it didn't just play soccer with humanity, it practiced a variety of sports with the intelligence of people.
So yes; JASTA is a long awaited proof. And I still wait for the day American politicians and figures get trialed for their role in 9/11, the Saudies were just pawns, I mean they can't even handle Russia's football team but they would blow the WTC???
