How many prophecies have failed? Seems like just one failed prophecy would prove that the Bible is not the inerrant word of an omniscient being.

If your god couldn't convince a seven-year-old girl with no prior biases towards or against Christianity, using a book that's supposedly its holy word, without interference from anyone else on the planet, there's no hope for the sorry git.
My prior bias was for Christianity. I read it to know more about God. I finished it convinced that the God described therein was far too imperfect, irrational, petty, and primitive to be the God of theodicy.

It was sheer speculation about a topic you can't possibly know the truth of (how a real God would actually operate), but you seem to consider that a feature, not a bug.
