There are images of parts of Tyre that are uninhabited and in ruins.

Can Tyre be found in modern times or not?  If it can be found, the prophecy was wrong, no matter how many red herrings you pile on it.

Was Tyre rebuilt or was it not?  Again, the prophecy was wrong.

No, parts of it are still in ancient ruins to this day. The Bible is the inspired word of God Almighty.
