Theyre not competing against dems or anyone who -doesn;t- vote red. They want trumpsters to be the red candidate on every ballot, and the districts are gerrymandered to shit.
Just like his new policy is designed to force the court to affirm indefinite detention of immigrants in concentration camps or strike it down, presenting itself as a target in the guise of "liberal activist judges" (regardless of the fact that the bench is packed red)..justifying further alt right bench packing. Win-win.
