Haha, you just proved their point, unintentionally. What that NRA 'attack' on Obama's daughters was, was pointing out that they went to a private school and we're protected by guns and predictably liberals we're freaking out 'how dare you attack the presidents daughters!' 

Although you need to really stretch the definition of attack to make it even a true statement. Miles away from saying to lock up the presidents kids in a cage with a pedophile, neither of which are happening to the immigrant children anyway.

If our standard is using kids a political means of attack on a parent .Then no this example completely works .

What example? Saying that the presidents daughters are protected by guns and go to a private school is in no way equal to saying they should be locked in a cage and raped.

That you are trying to make it some sort of equivalency is sad.

The standard isn't using your kids for political purposes, it's just being a decent human. You can be a decent human and say Obama's daughters are protected by guns.
