I'm surprised anyone's really like, "Well, it's not that bad because he's dad's a dick." Really, no one should even be talking about this underage child. He has nothing fucking at all to do with what's happening and should be left completely out of it. Light-hearted jokes about the kid, such as when he wore the "Expert" T-shirt while standing next to his Dad fly under my radar because who has time to care, but this kind of shit shouldn't be defensible. This isn't the kind of comment you make in public, and you should never be so married to "your side" that you shrug this shit off because someone on your side said it.
