This also makes me question if they are doing so illegally (although I suppose that they could claim they where feeding the local wildlife). I don't think that her individual motives matter, although I think that it can be unhealthy if one has an attitude of killing or causing suffering indiscriminately.Giving the meat means nothing it sounds like a cover to excuse the act.
