Overall, it's pretty good.
My only comments are, you seem to be equating all theists with the rejection of evolution. When debating theists, you have to watch this sort of thing, because plenty of theists accept evolution.
Also, even though most atheists understand the reason for, "we are all atheists with regards to all the same gods, except we take it one god further" type of argument, theists are quite unimpressed by it.
In other words, when getting into a debate with a theist, it is best ask them what they believe, and (most importantly) why they believe it. Let them define their gods, before arguing against their position. You don't want to erect any straw men. You might find yourself arguing against a god they don't believe in.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
