Something i'm beginning to see more and more. Most people grow old without ever growing up. And if i'm to be honest with myself, i still have much growing up to do myself. Its not so much as what i present to others but what goes on internally that i'm most critical of.
Fear. The more you resist it, the stronger it becomes. The more you accept fear without expecting it to go away, the less of a grip it has on you. The same could be said for all so called negative emotions.
