He's literally one of the worst serial rapists in American history. House arrest would be a travesty.
Well, he's 81, so there's a very good chance he'll die in prison, although I'm not sure he's actually even one of the worst serial rapists. One of the most powerful, perhaps, and one of the most well-publicised, and with 60 accusers, but James Toback and Larry Nassar have somewhere in the area of 300 accusers each. And given the nature of the crime, who's to say there isn't some more proletarian rapist with an even higher count?
