First of all according to HER own testimony, Cosby gave her 3 pills which SHE took of her own volition.

Oh, I see. Interesting. And did she - per chance - also get raped of her own volition, according to her... HER testimony? Because that would really help your case...

According to Cosby, the pills were Benadryl, but who knows it's her word against his 18 years after the fact.

Maybe Cosby should have avoided playing pharmacist altogether?...

That has nothing to do with this trial, this trial had ONE accuser.

Yeah, well - Al Capone was put away for tax fraud. But the fact that he was a well known crime-boss certainly didn't earn him much sympathy, or leniency in court...

Trump can only pardon federal crimes. Cosby convicted by a state.

I see... Oh, well - I guess that idea goes out the window...Sucks for Cosby...

But wait - what if Trump was convicted by state? That way he couldn't pardon himself!

President needs to be impeached before being convicted of any crime. I remember people on here mocking the idea that Trump is immune from arrest. I mean, he is. Not only is it in the consititution but otherwise you'd get local wacko sherriffs trying to arrest the president all the time.

Imagine Obama campaigning in the Texas, and you can see why the president needs to be immune from prosecution without impeachment.
