Cosby twice admitted he drugged women to have sex with them. He only quibbles over the consensual nature. They agreed to take the drugs does not mean they consented to everything. He also lied about what the drugs were, making that a moot point anyway.

You claim the phone call was taped illegally, but I can't find any evidence to back up your claim. Funny enough, your word alone isn't convincing.

First of all you didn't address anything I asked you, and you totally ignored Constands contradictions.

Secondly according to the deposition (https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/...ition.html) the quaaludes were in the 70's the era of studio phreaking 54, Everyone was on drugs, and for the dummies THIS DOES NOT MEAN I'M JUSTIFYING DRUGGING WOMEN, I'm saying lets look at the context; a time when people were snorting lines of cocaine in public, and were going to talk about quaaludes.

As far as it being illegal to tape someone over the phone with out their consent, I posted the evidence which is east to find, so it appears you intentionally seem to be dodging that question.

Pennsylvania Wiretapping Law

Pennsylvania's wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. Pennsylvania makes it a crime to intercept or record a telephone call or conversation unless all parties to the conversation consent. See 18 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 5703 (link is to the entire code, choose Title 18, Part II, Article F, Chapter 57, Subchapter B, and then the specific provision).

These recent court cases show that there is now precedent in Pennsylvania for not being able to use voice recordings, taken without permission, in family court. In summation, you cannot record a phone call, meeting, or conversation without the other party’s knowledge. Pennsylvania assumes that everyone has the right to assumed privacy in these type of encounters.

The evidence was admitted. He admits he drugged and had sex with her and apologies. If all you have is a possible technicality, them he's still guilty of rape and you are still a rape apologist.

60 women didn't lie. This isn't some vast conspiracy. I am heartbroken each time one of the men I loved on screen turns out to be a monster. It hurts and it feels like a personal betrayal. But we need to stop letting people get away with crime because they are the same race or gender as we are.

The charges the comedian faces stem from a 2004 incident at his suburban Philadelphia home, where Constand, 44, the former director of operations for the women’s basketball team at Temple University, claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Cosby, who was a Temple trustee.

In the encounter at his home, Cosby said he began rubbing Constand’s bare midriff -- which he described as “the question zone,” according to the deposition read for the jury in Montgomery County Court in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

He said he moved his hand down to her pants near her private parts -- a region he referred to as “the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection," according to his deposition. He said Constand did not tell him to stop.

Cosby graphically described Constand returning his physical affection.

He said he didn't directly ask for permission to touch her private parts, but that his actions were a form of a wordless question.

"I'm asking, without saying [for permission]. I’m giving Andrea time to say yes or no -- to the area right there in the question zone," Cosby said, according to the deposition.

“I didn’t say it verbally. The action is my hand on her midriff, which is skin. I’m not lifting ... I’ve got her skin and it’s just above where you can go in her pants. I don't hear her say anything. And I don't feel her say anything," he said in the deposition. "And so I continue and I go into the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection. I am not stopped."

He said Constand ultimately rejected his advances when they moved to another room and he began to kiss her breasts, according to the deposition.
“Andrea said to me either one of two words: 'Stop' or 'No,'" he said in the deposition.

He said he stopped and walked her out of his home.

"She does not look angry. She doesn't say to me, 'Don’t ever do that again.' She doesn't walk off in a huff because I think I’m a pretty good reader of people in these romantic situations," he said in the deposition.

Constand contacted Cosby 72 times via telephone following the alleged assault, including nine times on Valentine’s Day and 30 minutes before police arrived Jan. 13, 2015.

Constand also contacted Cosby at 8:17 a.m. Jan. 13, 2015, before contacting her mother.
