I've known alot more goofy and friendly drunks than toxic ones..that's anecdotal (and obviously has something to do with the sorts of people I hang out with)..but probably part of the reason why those assholes stand out in the first place. It's aberrant behavior..even for a drunk. When those guys get booted from parties..it's by a bunch of other drunks.
Not to mention the fact that when I'm seriously inebriated, I can't get it up. Alcohol does tend to act as a deterrent to arousal.
