I think it's a good sign that you missed it, it means you're not thinking about it all the time, that it's not a big deal to you anymore.
I'm very very very conscious of my milestones right now and some of them are hitting me hard. Can't wait to get to your place.
Well, I'd blame being old for missing it. I can still remember exactly how I ritualized the end of my smoking. Tear open a pack of cigarettes. Dump in toilet. Repeat as needed. Eleven packs down the shitter. Better than my lungs. Drs. tell me that quitting then is the reason I'm alive now.
