That sounds like a normal cat to me.
It nothing compared to the brain damaged, one eyed hairball my SO brought when she moved in.
I confined it to the kitchen by putting up a heavy screen door. It' s a white, longhaired neutered male, that sheds hair like the patients in the onocology wing at a research hospital.
This weird assed cat's favorite thing is sticking his head into shoes and pushing them around the kitchen. Not a clue why. His favorite toy is a 12 gauge shotgun shell which he will bat around at 3 a.m. it always ends up under the refrigerator. He likes to sit under the toilet when you' re taking a dump.
The thing lives to nap.
If you take it outside - it will sink all it' s claws into you - refusing to let go - and vibrates.
