Seconded. Technically legal in some jurisdictions, including most of Europe (except for Cyprus, Ireland, Turkey, and Vatican City) and 31 of America’s 50 states, though not in New York (where he lived at the time) or California (where he became famous), but at the very least morally questionable (I recommend people trying to have sex with people at or above the local age of consent, but below 18, tread REALLY FUCKING LIGHTLY.)

And most important of all, WHATEVER SEXUAL PROCLIVITIES HARVEY MILK MAY HAVE DONE IS ENTIRELY IRRELEVANT TO THE QUESTION OF BILL COSBY’S GUILT OR INNOCENCE!!
