The information contained in DNA is not only extremely complex, it is also functional in that it encodes for proteins.  This cannot be explained away in some 6 page evolutionary paper.

He is working in mysterious ways.  Maybe He wants to see and show how others treat those kids and judge them accordingly.  And, yes, the Lord can step back and see how we behave as He stepped back and allowed Adam to name the animals.  Some of it can be from sins of their fathers (incest,...).  There are numerous reasons why this can be and it is only temporary.  The Lord knows the eternal.

Your bible god has no problem with incest.

Incest is a forbidden act.  It had to be performed by early humans to populate the Earth.  Other cases of it were sinful.

The problem with a creator is, that some thing in the natural world as SO complex, (like DNA) to have designed it just boggles the mind. It suggest a being/god over a work bench with soldering iron and a welders mask until something works. You would think if a god existed and spoke "Let there be life" and man appeared, we'd be incredibly simple creatures, as no thought or actually physical "making" has been done.

The theory of evolution is scientifically sound, and directly does explain why things in life forms are so complex, because they have been slowly changing over billions of years.
