Again, it is that way because it was designed that way by the Creator.  That is why.  We live in a fallen world so the design was not intended to be perfect.  There are imperfections throughout the universe and living systems.

It is not a "code". It is nothing but chemistry and chemical bonds. It was not 'designed". It evolved. Your video is shit. 
Your lame attempt to excuse why it does not appear to be "perfect' is nothing but rationalization. 
A perfect being could NOT design anything imperfect. There is no evidence .... NOT ONE shred, that the design was at ANY point ever "perfect" .... BEFORE the "fall". 
Therefore your paradigm is false. There NEVER was perfection BEFORE the fall, and the universe ALWAYS operated THE SAME as it does now. 
You have no evidence of preternatural perfection. You have no evidence of a "fall", and your "code" is bullshit. You know NO chemistry. You are an ignorant fool.
