What better use of our institutions vast resources and ability to coordinate projects on an international scale than to insure that people do not die of thirst, hunger, or exposure..right?
When you take a look at what our institutions -are- doing.....it seems like maybe some of that funding and manpower might be better directed towards the goal above, lol. It's not as if we couldn't eradicate those three items..at will..anytime we had the will. We know that we can, we know how, and we've known this for a long time.
We just haven't.
