Scientists do not suspect the complex information in DNA came from nothing. They believe it came from simpler elements by a process which adds information. Nothing that has been presented in this thread makes that impossible and the evidence indicates that it is very possible.

As noted, nobody is arguing that DNA came from nothing. The reason they believe that DNA evolved is because we have evidence of the process of evolution from simpler DNA and plausible explanations for how simpler elements which could evolve into DNA based life forms could have originated. That is neither a cop-out nor a straw man. I don't think you know what a cop-out or a straw man argument is.
