Adding billions of years to something does not all of a sudden make it possible. A complex code does not just come into existence from nothing.

We know that all that's needed to spur evolution is time and a changing environment.  Hell it took us less than ten thousand years to change this:

There is a reason that farmers were amongst the first groups to accept evolution, you know.  They were practising what Terry Pratchett termed "unnatural selection" for thousands of years.
