If you do end up believing in the proofs and are willing to accept them, don't divorce or anything, whether husband is Atheist or not, give him a long time (like years and years) to see how he treats you, and probably don't divorce at all no matter what is my suggestion. I know clergy scholars will apply situation of war in the past regarding this and tell you divorce for accepting Islam, but really, it's irrational to do that and I will present proofs for that if need arises!
