Y'know, Mystic, I think I'm starting to like you.  Except for those odd moments where you get tangled up in a rant about dark magic or non-believers not seeing what you perceive as The Truth, you generally conduct yourself with great civility.  

Thanks for you kind words, don't know if I really deserve them!  Part of my illness is that I can't see how "madness" in behaviour in me, as I spent a great time of my life in denial of the illness, and it takes me a while to see it or parts of it in me. But when I do see it, I like to get rid of those traits.
I admit, some of my recent behaviour is more related to my illness then it is to my actual personality.
Still I apologize as I still should have had more discipline and perception.

So..it bullshits you, iow, lol?  Show a single grain of quranic wisdom in this matter.

Well for one, it put's the food and that kind of stuff with relationship to the families of the reminders and how the Messengers were appointed, and when it talks about food in 16th Surah, it also talks about how mules, horses, etc were all made for us to have authority over.

And it mentions in that category alcohol in it's benefits way (the first Surah about it, didn't condemn it's evil and compare that to it's benefits, but just mentioned it as well as a favor from God).

And so this a serious hint, God is saying, he has per his wisdom given us control over much of what is on earth, including animals, and it was him who did so, and not us without him.
