Not really. They are still the same species and only slightly different.
Small changes accumulate over time. Evolution just doesn't work if you get big changes. No evolutionary scientist ever claims that big changes are required.
When I am writing an evolutionary algorithm, I go to great efforts to make sure that the smallest possible adaptation can be made. This allows me to find the best result over time, which will be vastly different to what I start out with.
This is why I challenged you three times to describe the theory of evolution by natural selection. Because it is clear that you dismissing it without understanding what it actually is.
