IF you were really a engineer, you would know, that "outside" is a spatial reference, and is meaningless with respect to an environment without proven space-time. 

There is not one shred of evidence there is any god. What we observe, (shootings in churches, fires that kill innocent babies) is EXACTLY what one would expect to see, if there were no gods.
