That's the "Left Behind" series playing a trick on you. I have not seen one entry in the bible that says people will just suddenly drop out of their clothes and go to the Lord. I do remember it saying "and those of us that are still alive will be caught up in the clouds." Should you return to view this message I want you to pay attention to what I'm telling you:
1. Our bodies will be renewed eventually, but when the Bible says that only the survivors will be caught up it means that many christians and others will die.
2. Revelation tells us that the world will suffer greatly with disasters, famine and war, which will be leveling the earth's population, we will not be floating on a cloud watching this with our harps, we will be in it, while its happening.
3. Revelation also tells us that Christians will be martyred and in the final 3 years before Christs appearance, Christians will be just about wiped out, we'll be a collectors item and we must be firm in our faith for our time of testing.
Interesting interpretation of the story. My favorite was number three. I don't hate christians to the point that I would want them to all die, but I find it amusing that it's okay with you. God killing all the "righteous" believers, and sparing all the heathens like me, Muslims, Jews (his "chosen people"), and Hindus among others. Then he'll torture us, right? Because god is a fucking sadist. If your god is real, he sucks, and you can keep him.

I hope you like talkjesus. Let me know how it is...I still haven't logged on...I guess I like it here.
I'm glad that he's gone! I've been banned from talkjesus, and trust me, he belongs there. I hope to see you start thinking very soon, salty. You know what helped me? I decided that if god really was what people say he is, he will forgive me for questioning things and letting go of the notion of him/the bible for a while to explore other ideas. If he was real, I would conclude that he was real through my exploration. I ended up here. Never felt more free in my life than when I let all that stuff that I learned as a child go...
