DNA Proves Existence of a Designer

Convergent evolution. Or was it least common denominator?

Oddly enough, so is the DNA. If we are Created then answer me this: Why do we have the same viruses embedded in our DNA as the chimps? We share 97% of our ERV (endogenous retroviruses) with chimps. Same viruses, same location in the genome, same mutations, same leading and trailing LTR sequences. More distantly related organisms share fewer ERV the further back you go.

Did God have some burning need to give us all monkey cooties? Identical monkey cooties in exactly the same way?

Or is this undeniable evidence of descent from a common ancestor?

Because we are on the same planet. Because all life has similiar DNA in some ways. And there are over 330 million differences in DNA between us and any chimp. And that is just what we have discovered in genetics so far. Who knows what we will find next?

This isn't "similar in some ways." This is 200,000 retroviruses embedded in your DNA doing nothing. Between humans and chimps 97% are exactly the same virus in exactly the same place with exactly the same mutations and exactly the same leader and trailer sequences. That isn't coincidental, that's sufficient evidence to convict in a court of law.
