No, it isn't. You haven't established the existence of the soul. You've asserted its existence and you've asserted that it's the difference between us and a machine. Those assertions are baseless.
On the flip side, there's a reasonable argument for the non-existence of the soul.
- In order for the soul to have any utility it must interact with your physical body. Without this it would never actually be a part of you. More useless than the appendix.
- If it interacts with the physical body then it should be detectable by physical means.
- It isn't detectable by physical means.
- Thus, the soul does not exist.
