An African tribe has a solution.

They entomb live trespasser inside a thick layers of clay, making sure the trespasser can still breath through straws stuck their nostrils.  They then slowly bake the clay until the clay turned to terra-cotta.
They display these man sized and roughly man shaped terra-cotta statues with the cooked victim still inside as warnings to trespassers.

Not a drop of blood is ever spilled.
