And of the scientists who do not believe (less than half) they are agnostic and have gone out of their way to publicly distance themselves from atheists. Even Dawkins and Tyson have done so.

The fact that some scientists have distanced themselves from atheism has no relevance to the advances/discoveries of science and whether or not God actually exists.
