How do you know that many of the ignored are the most likely to act out?
I'm assuming that that is an assumption on you're part.
If I put you on ignore (which I never, ever would), what does that say about you?
A legitimate right for the ignored to know their ignorer doesn't stop the act of ignoring being rude.
