We do know that 93% of the world believes in God or a Higher power and that the remaining less than 7% of the world are Buddhist atheists who believe in karma and reincarnation but not God, and agnostics, with very few convinced atheists even in the world. And yes, the details regarding what they individually believe may vary. 
They were asked if they believed in God or a Higher Power though.. That's just a yes or no question, but I can see how someone so far down on the evolutionary ladder might need that all explained.
Again though... please get the article proving what you stated earlier was true about DNA (so I can be persuaded that perhaps evolution really is true)
