That's not actually your right.  You're referring to a carry privilege, which is more or less well regulated depending on the state you live.  Subject in all cases to license and/or ordinance.

It is the same utopia bullshit with taxes. There is no such thing in a civil society with "no rules". If guns were a free for all like they dream of, then firearms should be allowed on passenger jets and in the Capital building. Funny that, but they rightfully are not allowed.
