NO, they won't. They'll sell or otherwise provide your contact info to dozens of other such pests.
You will likely have to put it in writing to get them to stop. I've found the phrase "cease and desist" to be fairly effective.
Or ask to speak to a higher up, tell them what you've told us here, write down their name, the date and time,and then when you get another call ask to speak to the supervisor over/above the person whose name you wrote down. Repeat as necessary. You'll spend less time going up the chain than you will fielding the calls.
Then don't give accurate contact info.
