I don't take surveys for anyone. I had a couple things needed to be fixed, so far they have done that. I've told them repeatedly I don't take surveys. If I have a problem I call them up. I don't need anyone bothering me at home over the phone or in person after a sale.
If you are doing something wrong, I will tell you. If you are not, then you don't need to ask me anything.
Interestingly, the same thing happened to me, except it was a car dealer. Upon closing the deal for my new truck I gave the salesman strict instructions not to pass my unlisted phone number to anyone because I valued my privacy. Within a few days, however, I started receiving calls from Detroit, asking me to take a survey on Chevy vehicles and inquiring if there were related products I might be interested in purchasing. I promptly had my phone number changed, but not before contacting the salesman and informing him that his dealership had just lost my business because he refused to follow my instructions. He started to offer some lame excuses, but I hung up on him.
