lol. I think of God as a creator, not a designer, but there certainly are some very beautiful and amazing things in or world. 

Assertion 

For every sense we have, we have been blessed with such pleasurful things. Things for our eyes to look at that are so beautiful, things to eat that taste so good, things that smell wonderful, sensations that feel wonderful, and of course amazing sounds to hear. What would life be without the beautiful music of nature, the sound of laughter, and the beautiful music we make playing in the background?

I say there is just one grand creator, a massive energy bigger than our entire planet and wanting all of us to become better people, so we can escape the pain here and move on to something even more amazing, and have even more amazing experiences.
