Article 1 - Two finches (cactus finch + ground finch) got jiggy in nature who wouldn't normally breed together, and had babies. Luckily, if you put these birds in a cage together they could produce similar offspring. It just wouldn't be in nature.
Article 2- Using enzymes to speed up the production of corn ethanol. Fantastic news is you own a 2013 Ford Focus. It may get you less gas mileage, but who cares. This is actually good news for China since they are pushing towards ethanol as primary fuel source for transportation
