A girl saying she wants to be celibate until marriage isn't an unacceptable stance. It may be different that what you believe, but nothing wrong with it either. Her choice.
Creepy is waking up and googling about the sexual habits of Christian teenage girls and then telling people about it and asking for opinions is just plain disturbing. If you feel it's "normal" then maybe you can shed some light on it.
