1) Given that Jesus was supposedly 'Half divine' and thence closer to 'perfect' than all us other Humans. When wouod said half-divine demi-god be able to do anything so mundane as catch a cold?
2) Hence... would said demi-god even need trivial things like white blood cells?

Actually human blood contains many components and has a number of functions.
NOT ONE theologian has ever proposed that Jesus' blood was anything other than normal human blood.
In fact theologians (the creeds and theological systems) go out of their way to say Jesus was both "FULLY human and fully divine".

If he didn't need white cells "cuz he was special" ... then why would he need red cells and the oxygen transport system, or the coagulation cascade or platelets ? He did "bleed" and (supposedly) the crown of thorns did not cause him to "bleed out".
Platelets have mitochondrial DNA, and if Jesus' genome was such that his blood did not make human white cells, (there are a number of kinds of white cells, and they have different functions) https://www.verywellhealth.com/understan...ts-2249217
then his genome was not human and his DNA could not be identified as human.

Every religion is true one way or another. It is true when understood metaphorically. But when it gets stuck in its own metaphors, interpreting them as facts, then you are in trouble. - Joseph Campbell
