Heard this while I was at PearleVision and I could have sworn that this was just some rare George Harrison track that I somehow forgot about. Then I actually noticed that the guy was singing in French (that's Paul's territory, naturally), and after Shazamming it, I found out what it was:
Also, if anyone else notices it seems to glitch on occasion, it looks like this was a deliberate stylistic choice by the director (or a shitty VHSrip), since non-video versions of this on Youtube that don't have it:
Seriously, the guy's voice sounds almost exactly like George's, the acoustic guitar rhythm and occasional slide guitar fills sound like something off All Things Must Pass and looking at an English translation of the lyrics, I think they kind of look like something George might have written in his more wry and socially critical moods. Maybe John, but I get the feeling that they might have been a bit more vitriolic in his case.
