Since we can see out/back something like 13 odd billion light years.... That's how far 'away' all of space is.
So, if the diety is 'Outside' that puts it a long way a way.

That way you're getting an explanation from me per our discussion, and I'm not saying he's correct/incorrect without him being able to provide his thoughts on the matter.
God exists in many ways, so no reason to assume limits.
Spiritually both within and outside of us.
