The Youtube clip is clear evidence of design.

So, yes, a Youtube clip is evidence of something being designed.    

Watching a Youtube clip does little more than entertain.

The value, educational or other wise, of such a video definitely doesn't rate as high as an actual accredited journal paper.

It's not 'Actual' science.  It's more like a colloquial chat.

Now if you want to present a proper, peer reviewed paper on the subject?

I'm still not seeing how DNA can prove a designer's existence. It seems rather... chaotic. Humans have 46 chromosomes, some roses have 14, hummingbirds have 80, some frogs have 26, some frogs have 20, toads have 22, chimpanzees & gorillas have 48, catfish have 58, and so on.

Seems like they'd be a lot more organized, don't you think? And why would we share over half of our DNA with Ray Comfort's beloved banana? It's almost as if we have similar origins some time far, far back...

There's nothing wrong there.  That doesn't disprove design.  Just shows common DNA is used for various systems.
