Actually you are contradicting yourself, because one moment you say that scientists are wrong because they don't use Bible to explain forces in the universe and then you say that Bible is not a science book and that it doesn't give that kind of explanations, but something else. Now that is an example of self contradiction, like:

Dark matter was plugged in because science has no answer and instead of waiting to find out what is really going on in the universe astrological science has assigned and invisible thing and why so no one can dispute it.But then you say

Actually it tells us that Hebrews in question approximated the ration of the circumference to the diameter of a circle by 3 - which is talking about Pi.

So you are saying that the Bible was written by humans who had their human system and not God. Fine with me.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
